Members krisnrg
If it's stuck on: Make sure your plugged to the right output jack. One is bypass and the other mutes your signal when you switch it on.

Members smrz
...seems like you probably need to replace the switch. It's probably either DPDT or 3DPT. Open up the pedal, and see what the bottom of the switch looks like. If there are nine solder lugs coming out of it, it's 3DPT. If there are 6, it's DPDT. Order a new switch and solder in the replacement and you'll prolly be set.

Members SonicVI
It could be the switch. It's uses a small momemtary SPST that's pushed by the spring under the metal plunger. Or it could be the spring needs to be realigned to the switch or something. Either way it should be an easy fix if you take it to a tech.
Members CiceroTJones
I can't believe no one over 1,000 posts has said, "TRASH IT AND BUY A NEW ONE!! n00b!!" Haha... good advice on the switch replacement... and also the SPST.
Members SurveyofSociety
well i have been thinking that a boss pedal tuner would be better on my board as it would take up less space..... ill drop it into a guitar shop and see if they can do anything with it
