Members 4nkam
I'm wanting a REALLY wide, thick, chewy wah tone and several folks have said to look in the synth/filter side of things but haven't mentioned any specific units. I'm not really going for the traditional wah tone, but something thicker, wider sweep, doesn't thin out, etc. I have heard a few clips of various units but sometimes they seem to produce other effects (octave, phaser, modulation of some sort, etc) and I'm not really looking for that either. any ideas? Members murch33
If you're talking about what I think you are, my Moog MF-101 does a killer filter sweep that goes from rumbling lows clear up to painfully high. Just use an expression pedal to control the cutoff.
