Members devonteran
Currently I use my boss dd-20 for looping features but I wish I could use my delay too. So I'm thinking of getting a loop pedal. I'm thinking live looping. Where should I look? Cost is definitely a concern. -devon

Members aksman
Get a used DL4... easy to use, and not too much $$$
Members aksman
If you want to spend more... someone needs to check out the new line 6 looper pedal.
Members cloudscapes
the new line6 looper is absolute rubbish. it cant do overdub, reverse or much more than most other loopers can do. and who needs amp modelers in a looper anyway? it's shiny on the outside and rubbish inside. forget it. it's a joke. the rc2 looks liek a good bet for basic looping. a used DL4, RC-20 or SMMH is probably better
Members Holey Lint Trap
the rc2 looks liek a good bet for basic looping. a used DL4, RC-20 or SMMH is probably better I would take the RC-2's looper over the DL4 or SMMH anyday. And the only diff between the 20xl and the rc-2 is an extra footswitch and reverse looping. But the small size and cheaper price swing everything towards the rc2. Not to mention you can buy a footswitch to work with it and have it be smaller than the rc20xl. I think that the SMMH has a very good looper, the only problem is holding down the damn button. Members Bigsnake
For price, I think the RC-2 Otherwise, I have an RC-20XL that I love. Think it depends how much time you want the loops to have and if you want to be able to save the loops. I'll have a DL4 shortly to play around with the looping on. I'm mainly getting it for delay action though.

Members Faldoe
You can find a RC-2 for a low price if you're lucky - someone was selling one on craigslist for $100 the other day but they were too far away from me to jusitfy driving to get it. I usually see them around $120 on craigslist, DL4s used are a little more. RC-2 is a good deal, small too
