Members OldCrankyDouche
jimosity traded me his Peavey DEP-16, and its an amazing delay. Modulated digital delay that has warm, but clear repeats that degrade very nicely. Also has some wacky stuff going on with it. Anyone ever played one? There is a sticker on the back that says $209.99. Jim really didnt want to trade it, so maybe if he has something nifty for me, Ill let him have it back. Either way, a very cool pedal. STEREO OUTS and lots of nifty tricks (probably more that I dont know about).

Members OldCrankyDouche
The "SELECT" knob goes from straight delay to modulated delay to modulation. Has some REALLY weird sounds if tweaked right. I still have some things to learn with it, but its probably the best modulated delay Ive heard yet. Nice repeats, but add on some flavour. Members jimosity
Yeah, I told you it had some killer vintage delays in there...Gimme that thing back!

Members spaceshot
i have one I bought off a forumite, sounds real cool but unfortunately mine has switching problems. Never even bothered trying to get to the switch. I keep it around 'cause its cool to record with. The modulated delay can get demented. I don't like its' "normal" sounds, only its' "wrong" sounds. First three knobs maxed. Feedback. "Hey, man. No hands. Give me a hit while the spaceship lands. Wait! Where's it going?"
Members melx
I remember that line coming out...I seem to remember a bright pink distortion too. man digital delays in pedals were really expensive back then.

Members OldCrankyDouche
Yeah. I could be way off, because my DD-3 is long gone, but imagine a DD-3 with WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more options, modulation and a neat dome-shaped switch. jimosity may never see it again. Well....Until tomorrow when I decide that I want a completely different setup for a rig that will NEVER be gigged. I want a band.
Members friction
There was one at a local pawn shop forever...never really knew what it was. Sounds cool though.
Members stevemcb
This series of pedals had some seriously cool things, at least one of which pretty much no-one's done in a pedal since... I have the Peavey BAC-2 bass chorus in my bass rig - it's a nice chorus with incredibly wide range of adjustment, but the big feature for me is that it's an instrument level crossover in a stompbox - incredible for playing 12 string bass and sending just the highs through dirt (or my entire guitar rig ).
