Members mparsons
I really like how they're switched on, vs other types. And they're pretty cheap on eBay. The Bad Horsie my friend has is pretty cool. Are they any good or total garbage? Thanks!
Members tronus
I use a Bad Horsie 2. I really don't use the contour wah though. I use my wah sort of specifically. I don't do any, rocking the pedal along rhythmically, or whatever you would call it. I usually use it with my Rat, on my bridge pickup, at some high point in a solo or jam. I also use it for effect with artificial harmonics and my whammy bar. Being able to control the switch cut off time, and being able to just step on it when you need it is great. I love mine man. You just gotta get the feel for where the "sweep" is. It's really focused.
Members natasmi
I have used the plain old cheap Morley Classic Wah for years now, no pot's to get scratchy or go bad. Easy to get that half cocked wah sound, love it.
Members SDSMusic
I have a Bad Horsie 2 and I mostly use the contour mode. The normal mode sounds a little thin to my ears. The switchless feature makes it really handy for popping little accents and inflections in here and there.
Members snakum
I have used an old classic Morley for years, and I liked it way better than the old CryBaby or Vox pedals. Very beefy tone for a wah. It doesn't thin out the sound and there's not a lot of tone suck with it in the chain, as with the CryBaby. If I could find a way to trigger it like a CryBaby or better yet .. the Weeping Demon ... it'd be perfect. Having to step on the switch and then start rocking it is a PITA. Members mark7171
i love the fact that the morley wah pedals have a provision for a spring return ! i have the spring loaded my morley wah for years, and would NOT have it any other way. a wah pedal without a return spring feeels dead to me reguardless of tone. Members ToneJamFX
I love my Bad Horsie. I keep trying other wahs, but I'm addicted to the switchless, spring loaded action of the Morley.
Members Jeremy Skrenes
I tried one. couldn't get the sweep right compared to my crybaby and vox.
Members IRG
I need to try a Morley, probably the Bad Horsie 2. But BBE has a new one coming out that I might try if the price is under $200: http://www.bbesound.com/products/stomp_boxes/Wah/index.asp
Members LSDis4me
A Morley Wah/Volume was my first pedal. I loved it for 20 years. It doesn't compare with my Teese RMC3LE.

I keep thinking about one. I have a Vox Clyde McCoy now, and I don't really care for it that much. Maybe I'm not a wah guy though.
