Members MathiasWilliam
Hot! Nice gats man, how does the SE compare to the CE?
Members HMCMedic
The CE sounds a lot better clean/jazz/blues and the SE Allender just freaking KILLS for high gain. They are some of the best rock pickups I've ever heard:)

Members HMCMedic
Pretty close to the same, the SE is a lot lighter actually. The CE has 10-46's on it and 9-42's on the SE. The necks are quite similar feeling. I'm still getting to know 'em:)
Members MathiasWilliam
nice! thanks! I'm quite interested in getting a PRS, though a custom is just too expensive for me at this time, so i'd have to sit for a SE. It's really good to know they both feel great though! Members HMCMedic
The SE Models are incredible guitars for sure. The SE One with the Soap Bar in the bridge will be the next one on my list:)
Members MathiasWilliam
I have to say the Semi Hollow SE's look hot as, in the demo video it sounded amazing too, price is not too bad at all either

Members Crxsh
IMO, you could've picked a better color. Purple? I mean, come on ... other than that, PRS guitars are hot. Gotta say though ... I passed on one a few years back and bought a Les Paul Studio. I've been very happy. Someday though ... I'd like to get a singlecut or a 22. Members gorebuc
I like solid color PRSs. Unfortunately, you don't see too many of em.
Members TechBrother
I originally went out to buy a new Les Paul and wound up w/ a PRS McCarty. AFter playing a bunch of Les Paul's I was pretty disappointed in the build quality & setup... especially for guitars costing over $2K. At the time I didn't like PRS b/c I thought they were pretty boy / rich doctor guitars. After playing a few McCarty's I was wiling to try one out. After 2-3 days I realized that the PRS was probably the easiest playing guitar I've ever owned and was much more versatile tone-wise than a les paul. I've also toured the PRS factory twice. The best part of the whole tour was seeing the raw wood and seeing the paint booth. I look forward to going again once they finish and move into their new factory. Members kyrreca
The Paul Allender sig isn't exactly my cup of tea, but I really like the red one.
