Need Help with Single Effect Pedals! URGENT!

Ok I have a 6505 Halfstack (slant)

I wanted to sweeten the Clean tone a little but because even though I play mostly in a metalcore band, I also do freelance guitarwork for coverbands, etc.

 

I got a Boss BF-2 Flanger which I think is a great pedal ...

 

I still need Reverb ... what do you think I should get? I was think Holy Grail but I don't know which one? or maybe a Boss Digital Reverb?

 

Also ... since I'll be using my lead channel for it's awesome gain ... I need a Boost ... a lot of people recommended the Ibanez Tube Screamer but don't know which one ither? or maybe a MXR-Boost?

 

and Finally ... I need a good Wah pedal ... my crybaby after 6 years finally died ... I was thinking of buying another but the Bad Horsie looks good what do you guys think?

 

Let me know! I've got the cash to get what I need so I got to do this fast before the bills pile up jajajaja

Well, if you just want a boost, then the LB-1 is a good, low price option. Tube Screamers allow you to add some extra grit if you want it (w/ the gain turned down, you'll still get a little grit). I have a TS9 and 2 clones that I made w/ different clipping options. I love the Tube Screamer tone. I don't use the original, though. I'm figuring out what I like best about my builds and then I'll make a pedal new pedal w/ that preference and a boost circuit in there as well (so it'll be a 2 in 1 dealy).

I'd go w/ a Tube Screamer or something like that if I was you. the OCD is a versatile pedal as well w/ WAY more volume than a TS.

Reverb: Holy Grail

 

OD/Boost: Fulltone Fat Boost, or Fulltone OCD. Both have a pretty huge volume boost.
