Members goaway
I want a filter pedal but i dont want to spend $600 on a moog. I figured the filter modeler would be the best choice since i can get alot out of one pedal. how do you guys like them?
Members thezeng
theres a few videos on youtube (by a spanish.. or maybe not, latin descent guy) on youtube which are pretty cool.have a look at the digitech synth wah as wel?
Members rocket34bg
i like mine, but i only use it with my keyboard/synthesizer. i use it to make my synthesizer sound like a synthesizer agata from melt-banana uses the fm-4 though
Members pbone
The moog filter is $250 brand new with an expression pedal, buddy. The FM4 is kind of double sided. It tracks pretty well, but most of the modes are just plain stupid. If you want a filter pedal, go with the moog. I have one, and I don't miss my FM4 one lick. That is a pretty cool demo video:)
Members the Dust
its a long video and the guy uses a FM-4 at the last songs solo... at about 8:20 min... but its kinda cool...
Members thatmullingskid
I like mine, but you'll probably only find a use for a few modes.... which is fine considering there's only 4 presets
Members goaway
i havent seen a moog for less than $300. plus, i dont want anything that fancy or i wouldnt be looking at a modeling pedal.
Members goaway
i stand corrected, the low pass filter and ring mod are less. but still, a bit specialized arent they? i dont doubt their quality one bit, its just not a pedal i would use enough to spend $260 on for a specific type of filter. i will look at them closer though.
