though i know that at least two of your pedals are having a pretty good time here.

manchester NH annoys me intensely simply because almost every time i google anything i have to google it once before i remember that all i'll get is US results and then again with the UK sites only filter engaged. i just wish cities would think up their own place names instead of using ones that already exist.

I was up there overnight on a training course. Saw a kebab shop open at 9am. WTF.

Also Whenever I watch Life on Mars I think 'Where the held did they film all this???'

Kebab shop open at 9am, why of course! ... what else do you expect us to have for breakfast ;)

... i didn't really watch a lot of Life on Mars but from what i understand some of it was filmed in Stockport ... the land that time forgot (and also my home town)

Pretty much every city in New England is named after a city over there. It is the "New" England after all...

I'm sure that back in 1846 all they were concerned with was frustrating your google queries. :freak:

Trut. I {censored}ing hate Stretford. It's full of yobby 14 year olds with hoodies on. I just want to smash them.

Yep, Stretford is on the list of places in Manchester that need carpet bombing from one end to the other.

I used to daydream about having a helecopter gunship and flying low level above Market Street in town ploughing bloody great furrows into the concrete with machine gun fire taking out all the sportswear clad knuckle dragging dead eyed scallies (chavs, hoodies - whatever you wanna call 'em).

Oh what fun i'd have in my lovely shiny helecopter of death ... up and down and up and down i'd go, happily ridding the world of the free-loading scumbags.

.... i think waaaaaay too much

I used to live in Old Trafford close by, and {censored} me was there some absolute scum living where I did. I used to get hassled going to the corner shop, hoody wearing scals trying to bully me into buying them cigs out of my own pocket. They don't expect to get told to {censored} off, but it's funny how they do actually {censored} off when you say it to them.

It's rough as {censored} round there though, I saw people getting carried out of the park across the road on stretchers a couple of times in the year I lived there. I just plain didn't go through the park after dark alone, it wasn't worth the risk.

My girlfriend lived in Rusholme for a while when she was a student. Vile place. I've never felt so unwelcome in my own country. People would stare at you from their doorsteps, actually come out to look at you. Also a lot of (girl)friends of my girlfriend got hassled quite often by the blokes around there, followed home, that kind of crap.

If i had my helecopter gunship Rusholme would be high on my hit list.
