Members Crxsh
I just bought a Slow Motion (Slow Gear clone) from another forumite and if it's any good, I'm thinking about making it into a rehouse project. Has anyone done this? Pics? Tips?
Members cdawzrd
I don't know if anyone's done one of their boss clones (integrated bypass). I've done one of their ehx clones (seperate off-board bypass switch) and it wasnt that bad.

Members voodoochild89
I did it with an ultra feedback/distortion and OC-3 clone with a friend. (Keep in mind that I have no experience but everything hypothetically went well) The distortion rehouse went fine... just basically putting it in a metal case. The Octave strangely died somewhere in the rehousing process. I really liked it, and still haven't been able to figure out what went wrong with it. All in all though it wasn't very hard to do, and I think the octave casualty was just sort of a freak thing.
Members TomCTC
I'd love to see a Rotary Machine rehoused.

Members IvIark
I just got the VD400 and I'm very tempted to rehouse it. Only problem is the PCB is too wide to fit in an MXR size enclosure which is what I really would have wanted because the next size up will be wider than the original pedal. It should be relatively easy to true bypass it, but because the input and output sockets are soldered to the PCB, they will need removing to allow you to wire the stomp switch in between them and the PCB to "true bypass" it. Ideally the plastic pots will want replacing too and new ones mounted to the enclosure, so I don't know whether it's worth the messing.

Members archofmusic
All I know is the Behringer UT100 {censored}ing Rocks. It is 10 times better than the Tuna Melt and people re-house those all the time. I just got a Supa Trem but I'm actually really sad to see the UT100 leave my board . I kind of want to keep it on there just to make a point about not having to spend a lot of money to have quality pedals. I was thinking about getting a TU-2 but I think I'll keep the Behringer Tuner I got just to make that statement. I'll consider Re-Housing it in the future, but since I've got a Supa Trem there really is no point. It's not like the Chicken Salad which is a permanent fixture on my board and I will have re-housed. As for the Slow Motion, I'm not super impressed with it. I've got it all the way turned up and you can barely tell its on with Fuzz, and Fuzz doesn't react well with it before it. I almost bought a lazy sprocket but glad I saved the money and just got this instead. I've also got the Vintage Delay, Ultra Flanger and a Danelectro Fab Flanger. These are all part of my permanent collection but not part of my current board. They're just for fun and experimenting when I pick up a Total Sonic Annihilation.
