What pedal nails this sound?

If I turn it up, I hear a funny synthy decay, but I don't know effects well so I don't want to head in the wrong direction.

Delay with some type of modulation built into it, that's the watery whistling sound in the background. I can get my Disaster Transport to modulate like that a little, it's probably a DMM. There's probably some other modulation in there as well, a chorus most likely. And it sounds like some type of simple octave device, one up and one down. I have no idea if they're using a distortion, fuzz, or overdrive, my guess would be a fuzz.

 

Theres some Tremolo, midway and at the end of the song (the crashing sound).

At the start........

To me it sounds like a slide, OD, delay(possibly reverse). There is a lot going on in some parts, I think I hear a bit of flange in there too. I have gotten a very similar sound with those things.

Sounds like reverse delay.

I have thought that maybe there was a pitch shifter, but I can't get my Boss HR-2 or my Zoom G2 to sound anything like that clip.

 

So.......two people say reverse delay. I hadn't thought of that. I don't hear it, or I'm not used to hearing that particular effect. I've played around with one(DL-4) but it seems very dramatic and not very usable.
