Members King Loudness
Hey, I am having some tone problems with my pedals an am looking to replace them. I have a tweaked Crybaby, 3 custom dirt boxes built by my guitar teacher, a Sabine stereo chorus and a Yamaha NR-100 noise reducer and I am picking up a used Digitech DigiDelay in the next month from a bud of mine. My problem is that I need a more versitile sound and I don't really have a large budget. My guitar is a Parker Fly Deluxe and my amp is a Peavey ValveKing 1x12 combo. I play Metal, Fusion and some Classic rock. Can anyone give me suggestions to improve my tone? These dirt pedals do a nice Eric Johnson fuzz tone but I need something a little dirtier and less pristine. What is a good dirt/chorus pedal combnation for $200 CDN or less. Members Servant
Best nasty fuzz ever - see Devi Ever FX. Devi sells on E-bay quite a bit as well. You'll not regret it. For versatility - I prefer the Visual Sound Jekyll and Hyde in Rev1 or Rev2 models. I don't dig the newest one so much.
