If you plan to buy more than $1000 worth of gear, you have more leeway to talk down prices. For example, my friend bought a Fender Champ ($400) and a Fender Mustang ($700). He haggled them down to $1000 for both and also got them to throw in a used Holy Grail and a strap. If you are looking for new stuff, try Sam Ash and Guitar Center:http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&rlz=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=sam+ash&near=Orlando,+FL&fb=1&view=text&sa=X&oi=local_group&resnum=1&ct=more-results&cd=1 http://maps.google.com/maps?f=l&view=text&hl=en&q=guitar+center&near=Orlando,+FL&ie=UTF8&latlng=28601958,-81365140,15606031067984802406&ei=ijIHSP5sqNSqAv36kIMK&sig2=4d2vNIwu-8LM7MZeQuuzCg&cd=3 Otherwise, I recommend using Craigslist: http://orlando.craigslist.org/msg/

Other than that, the big Sam Ash on Colonial (highway 50) in downtown orlando is the only place that has a lot of stuff. btw, guitarden is a pain in the ass to find.
Members Crxsh Posted April 17, 2008 Members Posted April 17, 2008 The people at Sam Ash in Sarasota weren't all that friendly and their effects selection was seriously lacking, maybe the one in Orlando is better.
