Members FuzzShifter
I just bought the pcb from byoc, and the parts from ppp. I'll be putting the bias control on the outside. What I'm wondering is, would it seem feasible to add a footswitchable voltage sag? What I mean is, will there be a severe volume drop when the voltage is dropped? Members Hanglow
No, but you might get a pop...only one way to find out I'd just add a 100k pot wired as a variable resistor in series with the power supply, so you can get lots of flavours instead of a set drop. unless that's what you were planning to do

Members FuzzShifter
I already bought the pot.I was just thinking about the nintendo noises, and thought a footswitch could make the effect more fun.Pop? LDR wouldn't be such a sudden change!
Members FuzzShifter
I also posted questions about this on "the forum which shall not be named", but I would love to hear some input from my "home" forum.
Members Hanglow
I'd try the switch first, there might not be any pop at all, before messing about with an led/ldr combo
Members FuzzShifter
I'll try it. If it doesn't work, I'll build a mini perfboard for the other crap.Thanks.
