Members vertigo_
Currently I have this pedals infront of my amp....and this is my chain: Wah > Whammy > Zakk Wylde OD > MXR phase 90 > Boss CE-3. I am thinking about adding a dod fx25 envelope filter. Where should I put it? Can anyone say what would be the right order of all the pedals. I have a g-major in the loop for delay, reverb. Thanks in advance for help
Members skitzy
i'd say between the od and the phase 90; i plan on putting a synth wah between my bad monkey and small stone, so i dig it.
Members vertigo_
Ya I was thinking the same also... so the chain should look like wah > whammy(boss tu-12 tuner in the dry out) > od > envelope filter > phase 90 > chorus Any more ideas or inputs anyone? Members bowlingshirt
Envelope filters respond to the dynamics of your playing...I would put it first in your chain.

Not sure how you're running the OD, is this your main dirty tone into a relative clean amp or do you use a distortion channel on the amp? I have not personally owned a Whammy, but with other pitch shifting FX I prefer them after distortion. Into a clean amp I'd try something like this: wah > envelope filter >phase 90 > od > whammy(boss tu-12 tuner in the dry out) > chorus
Members ChaseA17
I do Whammy>Wah personally with my tu-2 out of the wet but i would go Whammy>Envelope Filter>Wah>phase>OD>Chorus

My od pedal setting is : Gain: 0Level: MAXTone: 12 o'clocl I use the od pedal when I play octaves lines in my guitar.....so I have more brightness and more compressed sound. I thought wah should be the first thing in the chain.
