Any fans out there? I'm not one necessarily ... but still, this was kinda of a surprise to me. Last year was rough ... and the year before that was wrecked by that stupid foot injury. Still, 3 Pro-Bowls in 8 years is pretty impressive -- especially with a pretty good QB (he was injured for awhile there too) under center.

Good move?

Bad move?

What's the verdict? And what's in store for Shaun?

EVERYONE in washington hates him so... i doubt too many seahawks fans will be upset. but yea, i was a little surprised. i was hoping he'd have a comeback. he was awesome the year we went to the super bowl.

...only to get beat by my beloved Steelers. :poke:

Not everyone in Washington hates Shaun...but they sure hate the way he ran the ball the last two seasons. Word on the street is that the Colts and Patriots are interested, but that seems like a stretch.

Oh, and we call them the Stealers here, and the Jax/Stealers playoff game was one of the happiest games of my life.

Call them what you want .... but I don't think I've ever missed Willie Parker more than that day. If we would've been able to move a little more methodically, rather than hitting the big plays in the 4th quarter .... we probably would've won that game. That was a sad day for me.

Oh well ... we've got, what? 5 reasons to smile?

to set the record straight on XL....The trick play burned us. Josh Brown Burned us. Clock Management burned us. The game was ours for the taking. We just had the wrong team for the job. Stevens wasn't the man we needed in there.

Hasselbeck is the new Alexander though. Always a good QB, but he's been great in the absence of our running game.

The day Hasselbeck goes will be a sad one in Seattle. Hell, the day Holmgren goes is gonna be bad.

I'm travelling to see the Holmgrens last home game to send him off with my respect.
