Members tatoi
check http://www.lightfootlabs.com/ the Expanded version seems cool, but I'm not an CV expression pedal etc guy so I think I'll get the Basic one.
Members pbone
I'd only really want the CV input, too bad it's not just an option. I don't really have use for the other features. But good to see that there's an update, I've been checking every day for 6 months.

Members Crxsh
psst, we can hear you :poke: Don't get me wrong ... this thing is cool as hell, but somewhere between the pricetag and thinking about how much I use tremolo ... just seems like a bit much. Modulation, at least for me, is best used sparingly. Dirt + Delay = It's one of the coolest pedals out there though, I'll admit that .... but still. Members kyrreca
Great news! I think the basic version will be sufficient for my needs. Does anyone have any idea about how much they will cost?
Members pbone
Great news! I think the basic version will be sufficient for my needs. Does anyone have any idea about how much they will cost? My prediction is that the basic will hold ground at $300, but you might be looking at $350-$400 for the advanced version.
Members Crxsh
That's why the GK is for serious trem users. It's not really for someone who holds onto their TR-2 with dear life. It's not for people who want that Nancy Sinatra trem. It's one of the most unique advanced trems on the planet. Semaphore anyone? :poke:
Members pbone
Semaphore anyone? :poke:compared to this? The semaphore is a great, but rather simple trem.
Members Crxsh
The semaphore is a great, but rather simple trem. Oh no... I'm not about to compare them. Obviously the Goatkeeper kills ANY trem on the market right now. I was referencing your TR-2 comment.
Members NITEFLY182
The V1 will be $299 and will be phased out. The V2 is supposed to be about $379 I believe.

Members kyrreca
I remember seeing a GK at eBay with a $1000 BIN a while back. That's a little steep imho... To be honest, I don't think $3-400 is too bad though.

I understand if you think its cool but its a little hard to say something is a fantastic pedal if youve never played it. Thats just straight hype at work. I've never played it, but I'm saying it's a great pedal just for what it is: an analog, rate-multiplying and sequenced trem with tap tempo.
