I went to see "Clutch" last night, anyone interested in what effects they used?

I drove to Orlando yesterday to see Clutch at the House of Blues. But Neil Fallon has a throat infection and couldn't sing, he did play rhythm guitar though. He looked {censored}ed up on something, eyes closed, swaying back and forth and tripping over himself. It was alright. Anyone interested in some of the effects they used? I'll see who is interested before I type a long thing.

Ok, I don't play guitar so I'm sorry I can't name everything. Plus I was far away. This is a list of what I could absolutely identify, it's not everything.

Neil Fallon:

Fender Telecaster

Boss TU-2

Electro-Harmonix HOG

Blue Boss pedal (BD-2, PS-5, CE-5, TR-2?)

Electro-Harmonix Hum Debugger

MXR Phase 90

Into a smallish cream colored amp

Tim Sult:

Gibson SG

Boss TU-2

Line 6 DL4

Orange Dunlop wah (used a ton, maybe that MXR Variphase?)

Marshall head and Orange cab

Dan Maines:

Gibson Les Paul bass

Boss TU-2

Dunlop 105Q bass wah

Ampeg head and 8x10 (vintage or VR)

Jean-Paul Gaster played with a delay pedal for a song. Echoes on drums are {censored}ing annoying.

Sorry about it's incomplete-ness, but what's there should be kinda interesting.

I have more pictures but for some reason they are all mirrored backwards. This is the only one that is right.

It was The Bakerton Group, which is their instrumental project they do on the side. The Bakerton Group has opened for clutch on several different tours.

Neil was using a G&L Asat custom Tele into a Pog, Boss Compressor, MXR Phase 90, TU2 and an EHX Hum Debugger, and a TC Electronics Flanger. The amp was a peavey Classic 30.

Tim had a Teese Wah, a DL4, some sort of custom flanger, an old Dunlop Tremelo that he never used and a TU2. Older SG into a Marshall JTM45 into an Orange cab and a Marshall Bluesbreaker combo.

The main reason Neil had the Pog was because their organist couldn't join them on this tour.

And for the record, the echo they did on the drums was AWESOME the way they did it. I was there last night as well. Both up front and in the balcony.

You probably saw me. Orange and blue striped collared shirt, with a Clutch shirt tied to my belt? I was upstairs the whole time leaning on the bar right above the VIP section. Didn't Neil looked {censored}ed up on something? I wanted to buy that Swedish bands CD, but the line was too long after the show was over. The House of Blues is {censored}ing cold too. I couldn't feel my fingers. Neil definitely used a HOG not a POG, there were a few close up shots on the TVs upstairs.

Did not see you, but then, I was a bit distracted with gear nerding at Clutch. However, my drummer was with me the whole time and he was the dude with the tuxedo shirt on. We were actually supposed to play the show, but Lioneye got added to the tour about 3 weeks before the show happened so it didn't end up working out.

The Hog thing I won't really argue, I can't ever tell the difference between the two if I'm not like right on top of it.

Cam Chatka or however it's spelled are an incredible band, but their drummer was a little too reserved for what they were doing.

I don't know...I actually like how cold hob is. It's one of the few venues that doesn't make my fat ass break into a sweat. I bought a clutch shirt after the show, but I kind of went off to the side and knew what I want so I was able to get in and out. I don't understand why everyone who goes to HoB shows always makes that area so crowded at the very last minute. Such a pain in the ass.

I saw a dude wearing a tux t-shirt. I didn't like that white boy reggae {censored}. We saw Harold and Kumar at the movie theater across the street, it got out at like 9:15 and I {censored}ing ran from Planet Hollywood to HoB as fast as I could as soon as the movie was over. I only caught the last 3 songs that the first band played. I bought a shirt as soon as I walked in the door because I know how crowded the merch stands get at the end. I wish I would have jumped into VIP while no one was looking, 1 hop over that ledge and I would have had a nice seat instead of leaning on a bar for 3 1/2 hours. I thought Clutch was going to play some more, when they were done people walked out and started pretending to mess with their gear but not actually unplug anything, I stayed until they started tearing the drums apart, after like 15 minutes of screwing around.

Oooh, timing on this thread couldnt be better. Was just listening to 'Promoter' and wondering to myself what they hell they use on the guitars to get that intro guitar sound. Is it just a phaser? I'm no good at identifying effects :S Did they play that song live? Such an awesome song.
