Members Belt
I just told my wife I wanted to start work on a second board. She wasn't as thrilled as me. I can justify it. Any advice on softening the reality of two boards? Thanks
Members melx
no, it's totally outrageous, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Members Belt
Look at my board and you see no room. I just got a Silver Kiss. I am in talks with Tweed about one of his pedals. And I ordered a Tim. I also have 13 PCB's to do in my workshop. Some are for others, but most are for me.

Members lewisb21
buy the pedals and new board in secret and keep it at a friends house, then, when its complete have your friend come over with it and when she is around have him say, "hey man, you've been such a good friend i want to give you this." then he hands you the pedalboard and you accept the "gift"
Members myTakamine
Try to find out what truly bothers her about the second board. When my wife started grumbling about "all those boxes" that were coming to the house, I figured out that as long as the gear collection didn't seem like it was growing uncontrolled, she was less concerned about it. I also got a lot more obvious about the boxes I was sending out in return.

I have given a board away before too plus pedals. She'd like that one.
Members Belt
I told her about the thread and she said she didn't have a problem with it. I guess I can go ahead now. But I'll be careful to watch her personality.
