Upcomping sample/hold pedals

It seems there are a small handful of sample and hold pedals coming out in the near future:

Subdecay Prometheus: http://www.subdecay.com/2008.jpg

Malekko Holley Erectus: http://www.austinchronicle.com/gyrobase/Issue/story?oid=oid%3A574023

Xotic Robotalk 2

Catalinbread Hedonic Treadmill (I don't know if this is still going forward?)

Any others?

Are there any of these that you guys are especially waiting for?

I have been in the market for this type of pedal for a while now but have held off because the only 2 I knew of were the robotalk and line6 mm4. The line6 seemed like a waste because I only wanted it for 1 sound, and I stayed away fropm the robotalk because it used 2 power supplies.

And you don't know do ya?
:p

Someone said before that they had gotten a Hedonic Treadmill that was the only one or a prototype or something that you gave them since you decided not to build them. Then there was the whole 2011 release date...

All that and its gone from the website too.

Somebody wasn't telling the truth because the only Treadmills I've made were on the breadboard. :thu:

12/12/12 is a common way for companies to denote "release date in the future". I like 11/11/11 better, especially since it bothers so many people.

that thing needs to power supplieS?!?! NUTS

The Robotalk is a clone of a Maestro FSH1 which only operated on batteries. It used two 9v batteries to get a bipolar 18v supply. The only way to do it with power supplies is to use two isolated ones like a pair of separate wall warts or two PPII outputs. You can use a charge pump to create bipolar power via a single 9v power source though so that would solve a major customer complaint.
