Members EvilSoup
I have been a Rick Astley fan for awhile. I love his earlier stuff. I didnt like Body & Soul as much and I thought Portrait was a worthy effort. Do you think Rick Astley could save pop music and get back on track for his new Rick Roll that is due out this year??? Members TheGareth
He's nothing more than a kitsch fad IMO. Once his single is re-released or whatever is going to happen he'll fade into obscurity forever. If it hadn't of been for 4chan not many people outside of the UK would have heard of Rick. Members Fender&EHX4ever
I think Rick Astley is better than the Beatles or the Stones. Those bands are so overrated.

Members HeartfeltDawn
Rickroll was a clever advertising campaign. Nothing more. Last few weeks have seen ads for his Greatest Hits album on TV.
Members int.parascope
I don't know if this is a troll post or not but in all honesty I think Rick Astley's career is finished. It's going to be awhile (he'll be dead by then) till anyone can take him seriously again.

Members english_bob
I heard him being interviewed on the radio the other day. He seems like a nice guy. He came across as a really genuine and down to earth guy who loves music. Considering how long it's been since he was famous, and how apparently he doesn't get a penny from most rick-rolls, I doubt he can afford PR clever enough to engineer the whole rick-rolling thing.
