Members Headlow
5 or 6 years ago I gigged right and often, before the band I was in split. On Wednesday coming I have my third gig back after rejoining a band last November. We're not prolific giggers by any means, but it's nice when it happens. Members kyrreca
I just joined a new band some months ago. I've done one gig with them. I'd like to gig more often, but all of the members are quite busy, and our drummer lives in another town. Hopefully we will do some more gigging this summer. I love playing live, although I also find it very scary. It's just a huge rush. I'm usually very nervous and shaky before a gig, but as soon as I get started that all goes away. Members Fender&EHX4ever
You need another option: I used to gig for a living, but now I gig only a few times a year.
Members petejt
I love performing live! But on different instruments though, not just guitar. Gigging now is rather quiet, mostly just jamming with mates at home. Hopefully though it will improve. It's all for fun though, I've never gigged for a living, or even money for that matter. Members johanwastaken
I have never had any gigs but I intend to. My playing is not where I want it to be and I also do not have a band really (just playing with friends from time to time) so I wouldn't have anything to play either. I am looking forward to it though, one day. But I'm almost looking forward to the recording experience even more.

Members darkwaters
Can't imagine doing all this practicing and not playing out. It would be like studying cooking, but then never actually cooking for anyone other than yourself. I don't get it...

Members RoboPimp
by "gigs" you mean making enough money to pay for your bar tab, gas to get there and with the left over buy a big bag of scooby snacks?
Members gusvolta
You need another option: I used to gig for a living, but now I gig only a few times a year. i just realized i should've added a couple more options, i blame placebo62 he came up with those
Members cdawzrd
I'm an engineering student, so I'm pretty busy, but my band tries to play a show about once a month. We just re-organized ourselves musically and played an end-of-the-semester show on Friday. It went really well, which always makes me happy. I love gigging, and I love putting on shows (I get a thrill out of putting together lighting effects, running stage sound, having complicated pedalboards, etc) The guitarist used all of my gear (guitar, pedalboard, and amp) and I used all of my bass gear, so it was a good chance to try stuff out. Pics, incidentally: (It was dark, those were taken with flash, which is why it looks kinda weird)
Members haze015
not had too many for a while, only a couple so far this year, but that's been due to the 3 bands i am in, we've all been getting prepared for gigs, so later this year is going to get silly
