Members HeartbreakMelod
I have a korg AX3000G but its in europe and all I have in the states is a fender G-DEC...I'm probably going to buy a new amp and I want to buy some pedals. I want to have good distortion, none of the tinny crap, and many types of delay and wah-wah...am I best of buying another set like the Korg, or should I buy individual effects?? By the way, I play metal, punk and general rock, just so you know what music styles I have....I do like using a clean guitar sound, but I can't seem to get one that is really clean, they all seem to be too quiet, and have too much distortion when at a higher gain....maybe its me being a crappy guitarist, but I'd appreciate help...thanks! ~Heartbreak Melody
Members mmmmmchina
pick up a nice clean channel fender of your choice (deluxe reverb reissue is a good starting point), an mi audio crunchbox, a dl4, and a wah that sounds good to you. i don't think you'd have any complaints, except maybe for when you go for teh metalz. I was just in before the ten other people chime in with the same thing. I actually think the DL4 is a great pedal and oh so versatile. But personally I like a dedicated looper and an analog delay. But the Timefactor does look sweet.
