SX / Douglas / Agile guitars via rondomusic any good?

I've bought a few Agile guitars. They weren't that bad at all. Most of them were pretty good, actually. I had one SX tele, only thing I would have changed was the hardware. Other than that the SX tele was nice.

They're pretty sweet. I have an SX tele, Brice douglas bass, and an Agile 7 string. They're all nice instruments and I've gigged with all of them.

The hardware on the $100 tele is pretty cheap but it stays in tune so that's all I'm worried about. I considered ordering one of those tele's with the p90

Agile guitars/ Brice basses (those are the Korean-made instruments with Korean-machined parts unless otherwise noted) are awesome. A pickup swap away from a gigging instrument. The SX and Douglas line are very dodgy in my experience (having owned four of them). I use an Agile as one of my main playing axes. Can't say the same of an SX, though my wife does have a shortscale fretless SX jazz bass that sounds great after swapping the pickups out.

i'd go for an agile.

i've had an agile al 3000, it was really nice. better than the epiphone les paul's i've played. however i did order a sx tele, that was honestly the worst guitar i've ever played. it's probably hit-or-miss with the sx's..at least kurt at rondo is really good with returns and such. i do have an sx bass that i love.

I bought a used Agile AS-820 12 String last week. The guitar seems to be top quality. I keep inspecting it for flaws but I don't find any. Seems almost ridiculous for the price. I don't know if it's a fluke or if they always make their guitars this good. I also don't know how much work was put into it by the original owner (it's got GFS pickups). But the frets, neck, binding, finish, hardware and everything else seem to be perfect.

I'm usually not one of the guys touting the virtues of cheap guitars. I'm practically a cork sniffer with lots of vintage Fender, Gibson's, G&L and Gretsch guitars in my collection. But this thing is like owning a multi-thousand dollar guitar for under 300 bucks!

I'm either going to buy one of these or a DD-7....got any details on sound and build quality? How are the pickups/hardware? Give me the deets, man!
