(and thin?)

What do you guys do? My weight can go up or down pretty quickly...I'm 6ft 1 and weigh about 14st 6lbs...I run quite a bit and cycle quite a bit but my diet isn't great. I need to get more disciplined. Would like to lose a stone or so. How about you guys?

14lbs = 1 stone.

I'm 6ft3 and weigh 14st. I have lost half a stone since January which is when I gave up drinking Coca Cola. I used to drink around 1 litre + a day. My diet is pretty good and I have one main meal a day and don't really eat chocolate and drink lots of water instead of Coke. Sometimes I have a can of Coke Zero but not very often.

When it comes to exercise I don't do much to be honest. I try to go out walking for around 30 mins each day on my lunch break and I try to do 20 press ups each night to keep active but that's about it.

I think that if you eat well and stay reasonably active you'll be able to keep your weight down. The healthiest way to eat is to eat like a diabetic would - no sugar or as little as possible.

Yeah, I probably drink too many fizzy drinks and eat too much chocolate to be honest. I do run about 15 miles a week and cycle about 100 (in season) but still it takes quite a lot to get my weight down. I don't booze much, hardly ever. Maybe I'll give up fizzy drinks and sweets. You much be pretty thin at 6ft 3 and 14st stone.

Just stay away from sugared drinks and avoid eating too much at night... and of course keep up with the exercise... also a good exercise: Walking...

I'm also 6ft tall (1,82mt) and weight little over 175lbs (80kg) and not going to the gym anymore :p

this summer i plan on running 1.5-2 miles 6 times a week plus lift 4 times a week (chest, arms, back and legs)

I havent lost nor gained anything but since ive been at college ive lost most of the fat on my body and gotten more ripped.

Just have to work on my lower abs though.

That's good. It's finding the time do get the regular runs in though. My schedule is all over the place. Some days I'll not have a spare minute to exercise, some days I'll be sat on my ass with nothing to do all day.

I have thin arms and legs, not muscular at all, but I also have a bit of a gut. I'd say I'm very average

I'm naturally quite muscly, so I can pull off the weight ok without looking fat, but I need to tone up, little bit flabby round the stomach and tits.

maybe, if you only do it for 2 minutes... I'm guessing that might be your problem
:thu:

That's the opposite of my problem, actually. :thu:

I looked at a chart once that listed activities and how many calories they burn. 15 minutes of sex was just above watching TV. I couldn't believe it (and I'm still not sure I'm convinced).
