Members Faldoe
So I played a SMMWH today at Guitar Center I liked it, sounded pretty good, at least from the time I had with it. I like to looper function and that you can use delays over it, reverse delay is really nice. I was reading some HC reviews and people complained of volume drop/tone loss, noise, etc. Anyone experience this? Any SMMWH users sell their pedals? I have a DD-7 which is pretty damn sweet but you can't start/stop loops and the reverse isn't that good. The modulate is ok but the SMMWH has a better modulated delay. Please comment. Members miggy01
I don't think I'll ever sell this pedal.Volume drop, in my experience, has been the cause of people not using the blend knob correctly.
Members dap99
No complaints here. Love it, I think it cuts through the mix better than my DD-20.
Members onyxrhino
Yeah, I haven't had much in the way of volume drop either. I love the reverse delay options too. It takes a little bit of practice, because the knobs do different things when you're in loop mode as opposed to the delay modes, but I think it's all the delay I'll ever need (of course, I don't use that much delay, anyway). Members IRG
I like mine. I've thought of selling, but then I reconsider because there's nothing wrong with it - sometimes I think I would like something more straight forward, but I may get a Carbon Copy for those times. The looper is very cool, and once in a while I play with the reverse options and such. The volume drop is a function of the blend knob I believe. It does seem to have a slight drop, but if the blend knob is raised, I believe that will solve that problem. The DD-7 looks good, and it's cheaper. But not sure it will sound better, so I'll keep my SMMh.

Members melx
I really love mine, it's the only pedal I have right now that I know I'll never get rid of. It's not the simplest thing to use (especially in a live situation) but it's worth every penny IMO.....the 1sec+reverse is very cool, the reverse delay is amazing...multi-tap...modulation mode is genius. the stereo ping pong is great too. and the regular delay is as good if not better than a 'standard' digital dealy. I don't have noise issues and the volume drop on the loop is avoidable if you know what you are doing....it's not a perfect pedal, but to make it perfect it would have to be twice the size, have 5 more knobs, 2 more footswitches and it would probably have to be twice the price....I don't think you can beat it for value. I love my Hazarai.

Members cloudscapes
its awesome, I would replace mine in a heartbeat if it got destroyed or exploded. the volume drop people talk about is more often than not because they havent read the manual, and/or havent set the decay rate and blend knobs properly when looping, which admitedly need to be at a sweet-spot so that no drop is audible. as for noise issues, I have no problem with that, and I frequently (half the time) run mine straight into a mixer and record it raw. Members Faldoe
In regards to volume drop, I noticed the blend knob had a lot to do with that, as some of you have said, which makes sense. I found the the blend was fine around noon or less for good delayed signal. Turning it up more seems like it would drown it out.... Also in loop mode if you turn the blend knob up prior to recording, your signal drops, that may be what people were experiencing.
Members mynameistaken
I had a volume drop which is why I sold mine. It wasn't terrible but it was there. The mix knob had some impact of the amount but there was always a drop.
