Members rinkrat6821
Is the extra moolah worth it for the Pulse Machine? I really dig a warm, vintagey tremolo.
Members archofmusic
When buying a tremolo I think there are four controls that are absolutely necessary: Intensity or Depth, Slope (Triangle to Square Wave), Speed, and Volume. The volume is probably one of the most important. Since tremolos are basically volume switches they are plagued with volume increases or volume drops. That being said. I ended up with the Voodoo Lab Tremolo and UT100. The UT100 has a slight volume drop, but the Voodoo Lab's Volume control prevents this from ever becoming a problem. Whatever you end up with, I recommend it come with a volume knob.

Members friction
Also, in between those two is the EHX Stereo Pulsar. I've said it plenty of times before, but I think it's the best/most flexible tremolo out there for the money, with more control than you'll know what to do with (which as it turns out is a good thing). It's worth looking into at the very least.
