Members melx
so what are normal cabs, like a mesa cab or marshall cab.btw thanks for the help melx! most of them are switchable, but if you are just running a regular head into it (or using it as an extrention cab for a combo) then you just want it wired for mono. what are you running into it? Members melx
at-100B52 head?yeah, you just want a mono cab for that. you only really need stereo for something like a stereo pre/ power amp set up.

Members butterknucket
Mono = You can only run one head into the cab. Stereo = You can run two heads into the cab.
Members monkeyland
Mono = You can only run one head into the cab. Stereo = You can run two heads into the cab. yeah but a stereo cab from avatar is stereo all the time. it's not like a marshall cab with the switch so that you can select mono operation when you only are using one head. not to mention that running a stereo signal through one cabinet kind of defeats the point of the matter because you don't really get any separation.
