Question about feedback looper by Barge Concepts

I tried fuzzes, phase, wah bassballs (envelope filter). Only effect with wah was noticable - this one oscilated.
I'll do some research later in the evening, but I want your opinions also :)

try a high gain dirt pedal in the loop, and see if that works. fuzz would be ideal. in my experience i got better results with fuzzes than distortions/overdrives. anyway, the nastier the fuzz, the better the result.

 

don't put any non-true bypass pedals (even if it's off) before your feedback loop.

i have one (selling for money reasons).. i couldn't really find a use for the feedback loop. gain pedals don't really do much, phasers/chorus/flangers just turn into variations of police sirens.. delay didn't do a great deal. the only think i liked was tremolo - it thumps down like kick drum pounding away. very nice.
