This is all I've found out about it.....

From the man himself here: http://z6.invisionfree.com/Tone_Factor/index.php?showtopic=949&st=165

I've got a pic of the prototype, but it's gonna change before I make anything for sale. Also, the circuit will change, and the controls will basically be mirrored and spread out more (to make room for big knobs on the top row). Also maybe I'll name it something, and maybe I'll just keep calling it "echo."

The proto sounds good enough, mostly. But it gets too grainy and broken up on the long repeats for my taste. Some folks like that a lot, but I prefer it to be cleaner. So I'm gonna re-design it with 2x delay chips to get clean long delays.

Keep in mind this info is more than a year old. :idk: I've got a Screwdriver on order. Maybe I'll ask Marc for an update and while I'm at it, get the word on the Echo.

thats awesome! I'm gonna have to order one! It's a bit odd that there's no link anywhere on his site though. How did you find that page?

There are ways.

I can't wait to get a hold of this one. The clips I've heard are great. I'll be making some too. Maybe a video as well.

I'm certainly not putting it on the same plane. But the price is rather higher and moneys a bit of an issue for me for the time being so sadly I have to make rational decisions! Anyway, from what I've heard the Boss DD-7 is a great pedal! I'm not going to be a snob about it.
