Not sure if they're all analogue or if some are analogue voiced but these do it:

Pigtronix Echolution (http://www.pigtronix.com/products/Phi.htm)

Blackbox Quicksilver (http://www.pedalgeek.com/cgi-bin/new_shop.cgi?config=&uid=&uzc=&command=link--bbq)

Keeley modded AD-9 - I think it sounds crap though :D

Diamond Memory Lane 2 (http://www.diamondpedals.com/products/memorylane_2.html)

Yeah, Moog Delay. I think this is the only one that does it. Pretty cool effects from it though.

The Malekko's CV out controls decay, not time.

You're right, I wasn't paying attention to the OP.

or you could get a tone in progress third hand and hook it up to the time knob of a regular analog delay (I think i have read about some people having issues with the 3rd hand though)

I use a vintage HotFoot with the DMM, and it works great! Highly recommended if you can find one.
