Members modeerf Posted August 27, 2008 Members Share Posted August 27, 2008 I run 10k daily and prefer more mellow music alot of the time because it helps me keep my body calm, while in the midst of utter turmoil. Dragonforce would drive me nuts, its hard enough to catch my breath without 20,000 notes being blasted into my ears all at once. but hey, whatever works.
