Members eminor9
in music history (imho of course). The combination of the CR-78, the acid-ish arp, the guitars, the bass, the synth pads and the real drums just feels right. But what"s that synth/keyboard Steve plays there. I thought the piano was a Yamaha CP or something ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKjRtCMFQps Also feel free to recommend similar atmoshperic tracks because that's my cup of tea. Members tim gueguen
On the Arc of a Diver album he used a Yamaha CS80, Sequential Circuits Prophet, a Moog Multimoog, and maybe a Minimoog, along with piano and Hammond C3 organ. The keyboard in the video looks like it might be a Prophet 10.
Members mikael488
Yep, that sure looks like a Prophet 10 in the video EDIT: the 'Prophet' used on the album was most likely a P5 though seeing that the P10 hadn't yet hit the market by the time Arc of a Diver was recorded (Aug/sep '80). Afaik, the first P10's shipped at the end of that year. The video on the other hand was probably filmed in early '81 or so....
Members b3keys
The keyboard in the video is definitely the Prophet 10. The solo on the album/cd is definitely a Multimoog. In the 80s while on tour, Steve used a Minimoog for the solo midied to a Yamaha DX-7.
Members b3keys
Now he plays the solo on a Fender Strat or a real sax is used.
