Members rj.phila
hi all, i just read through the headers of tech manual for P5rev3, and i didnt see anything regarding this. do you know if the hi/low range can be adjusted? my range goes up minor 7th, and down to minor 3rd. pretty much useless for actual pitching. only thing i see in the tech manual is adjusting the 0 detent range for .000v. thanks for the help. Members Pawnz
I have a P5 Rev. 3, and to my knowledge the pitch wheel bend range is not adjustable/programmable. Hmmmm... Now I'm trying to think of the first synth that had adjustable pitch wheels. Was it the DX-7?
Members flattop
Have you tried holding down the record button and pressing 3?
Members gilwe
What should this combination do, Wes ....? Some kind of full reset ? I know on mine when I change the pitch wheel position away from center, the change in pitch is not equal between all voices, which would make the synth sounding out of tune.... Members Teoman
If I remember correctly, it is not adjustable. I haven't come across with any info in the manual. I guess it is fixed.
Members flattop
It should reset the deadband on the pitch wheel. It is dependent upon which P5 you have. I can't remember off the top of my head which versions it applies to. This will help if your instrument is very touchy pitchwise with the pitch wheel.
