Members Zoomstrat
Here is my current acoustic guitar rig, in order:Martin guitarBoss AD-8 acoustic effects pedalBehringer FCV100 volume pedal What I use this rig for, mostly, is playing lead and rhythm in a bluegrass band (5 instruments, 3 vocals). I've used the Behringer volume pedal for a long time, and it has stood up well, but the minimum volume control has very little effect. I want a volume pedal where I can set the minimum control to full heel (rhythm), and full toe (lead). I tried out a friend's Boss FV-50 which would do this. However, the reviews for it on Musician's Friend were not nearly as good as the Boss FV-500, which is the same price and looks to be much more ruggedly made. So, I would rather get the FV-500L, but I don't know if the minimum volume control works was effectively on it as it does on the FV-50. Does anyone know if it does? Members Zoomstrat
I chatted with a technician from American Musical Supply. He looked up the specs and said that the minimum volume control works the same between the two units. So, I ordered the FV-500L.
