Members MegaTom Posted October 8, 2009 Members Share Posted October 8, 2009 I would just go in and ask for a reprint of your receipt while leaving your item in the car.. then come back in with the gear you're returning and your freshly printed receipt and ask for the refund. If they give you any grief, kindly let them know that the reason you had to get the reprint was because one of their people lost your original... if they continue to give you grief, talk to the store manager and remind him/her how valuable your repeat business is.
