those little hiwatts are deadly deceptive. I saw a band with one awhile back, sooooo fucking loud.

 

Mine is a '90s Audio Bros SA112. Its the exact same thing as a DR503, flipped upside down w/ a single 100W Fane, and you're right: its loud. Also the heaviest combo I've ever lifted - can't imagine what the FA212s, etc were like. . .

 

Thanks for the Tele love folks - this one really is fine. And I'm totally digging the Manlius '51 pickups in it (the winder/builder is who I got the guitar from). Sometimes miss the sparkle of the CAR & the Bigsby was a hoot, but this thing is on another level, for me. Compliments my Antigua nicely. Antigua has the nickel saddles, hotter bridge pickup, maple neck, etc. What is it that makes me want to own several Teles? :facepalm:
