Members amp_surgeon
Fixed bridge and better inlays and I might play it.Agreed. I never liked the Mastery bridge. They're solid, but adjusting the intonation is a pain in the ass because there's only two saddles.I also think the head is butt ugly.

Members TomCTC
How would I play the solo from money then, omfg. Exactly! Funny enough when we play this live, I pitch shift up a half step on the M9 for that bend. Mah Tele = only 21.
Members ibentmywookie
I can appreciate the design of that guitar, however I'd rather have a Jazzmaster and a Starcaster separately instead of both simultaneously.

Phil O'Keefe
My entire playing style is based around the 22nd fret... but it's cool - I play a Duo Sonic II. 22 frets FTW. :phil: Seriously - I can get along just fine with 21, but that guitar just doesn't do it for me. Phallic headstock shape aside (WTH was Fender thinking? ), the body near the f-hole is too wide and flares in a weird way, plus the Jaguar style pickguard looks off-balance and un-centered somehow - probably an illusion due to the long treble side horn, weird curved f-hole and bulbous forearm bout area around it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on the pickups since I have not heard it - I'll assume he's got some good reproduction WRHB's in there. I'm really tired of the look-alikes. They simply are not the same thing... I'm sure the guy's a fine builder. The wood, finish and overall quality of the guitar look first-rate; it's mainly the aesthetics of it that are not doing it for me. YMMV.
Phil O'Keefe
That headstock is shaped like a penis and says 5.5... wtf indeed... Hiwatt Bob Sig Model?

Members lefort_1
The headstock reminds me of the old 'skirt-lifter' stocks by Kay....and that's not a good thing. As for 21-v-22 frets: Y'all don't lift near enuf haybales! Come on out to the country and I'll show you how to effortlessly bend 4 halftones. After 10 tons or so, you'll be grabbin one of my old Harmony archtops and wailin on those 013s like you were fishin flys on the Deschutes! My objection is the StashboxRelief they carved into that body....it barely works on a tele, and here it's just plain wrong. my too scent

Members hangwire
That's cool. Subjectivity and all that. 21 frets hurts my feelings, though.I {censored}ing usually like you man, but this 22fret thing is doing more harm than good... Either start building the guitar yourself or make do like creative types we are disposed to be have done for 6000+ yearsBut that guitar- way to cheap out and not put a trem lock on it

Members V
Ah, yeah, the good old Johnny Marrwood Signature Thinline Tele Star Master Deluxe. Of course. Anyway, if you want 22 frets, it's a custom made guitar so, I'm sure the builder could oblige you if you ordered one.
