I'm a Flanger guy from way back: Ernie Isley, Pat Travers...etc.

In the "80's" I use to use a Boss BF-2. Nice Flanger......then.
A year ago I decided I needed a Flanger for my pedalboard.
Special ordered a Boss BF-3 from Guitar Center. It totally sucked.
Extremely metallic sounding & just noisey as hell. I took it back.
Then I bought a Hartman Flanger....SUPER LOUD bypass volume.
I sent it back to Hartman, they "claimed" they fixed the volume problem.
It was still way too damn loud. Killer Flanging but the volume issue made it unusable.

Bought a "used" ADA Flanger for $200 off Facebook.
This Flanger is in EXCELLENT MINT condition....with "papers".....(warranty).
I see why Pat Travers & Frank Marino used this Flanger: IT KILLS !
Extremley super wide sweep on this pedal. Even & odd harmonic switch...KILLER.
Really tried to bond with The Hartman Flanger. Tried hard for a year...it didn't work.
In my experience The ADA complete blows away The Hartman Flanger.
I am VERY happy, very happy indeed !

If your're looking for a Flanger, The ADA Flanger is DEFINATELY worth looking in to.

yes.
his collection of guitars is mind boggling. I paid $200.00 or $250.00, which at the time was a lot, very hard pedal to find because the ri's weren't out yet.
