Is the Distortion side of the Germanium 4 not based on a Big Muff because I remember it sounding very muffy when I had one.

Out of the two I'd get the Germanium, so many sounds can be had out of it and stacking the OD and Distortion sounds great thumb.gif

I really like running my Musket that way too. Fuzz pedals stack so well with other tone shaping pedals. Often the combination becomes more than the individual parts. When I was a kid I had a Big Muff Pi that I liked with a Cry Baby after it to tweak the tone and provide more definition. These days I will use a OD pedal or a Comp to do that.



Of coarse the traditional fuzz thing is nice at times too
