Members six acre lake
You and I have no real credibility when it comes to Sonic Youth since we are both super fans... That said, I agree. Rather Ripped is a great record.

Members six acre lake
Where should I start with tht bands CDs? I've heard a few songs but I want to listen more Assuming you are being an ass and ignoring it... conventional wisdom would direct you to Daydream Nation... The records closing trilogy is the stuff of legend for a reason... My personal favorite is Washing Machine which in my opinion is the perfect distillation of all of the moods this band is capable of. Members Pewtershmit
I am not from this place, all I know is 60s and 70s and van halen. Your help is appreesh
Members live-I-evil
Daydream Nation, Goo, and Dirty are a good trilogy of records about ten years in to the band that I like to start people at. You can start there and work your way out from the middle but really there's a lot of good stuff from that band.

Get Washing Machine. The Diamond Sea, becuz, and Skip Tracer are personal favorite. Skip Tracer, one of the best Lee songs ever. I have always wanted to name a song / album "Real Good Feedback And Super Sounding Riffs" to cop lyric from the song.

Members six acre lake
I do love Dirty even though it gets slagged as a major label blah fest... So many days skateboarding with that cassette pumping in the walkman.

Members orangesix
Goo is far from the top of my list but last place? Wow. Dunno. I guess I'm least into the early 90's Geffen releases and the early 2000's releases. But this is my favorite band we're talking about, so I still like those albums of course.
