Members hangwire
Haven't heard anyone with the xo one yet Just wondering if I saw an xo one for a good price would it have all the polychorus sounds in a smaller box, or is the then next nano clone failed transition? Members Reaganomics!
I've heard that the XO sounds pretty much the same but with less noise
Members woolyh
The XO runs at 9v instead of 24v which must make difference right?

Members Reaganomics!
The XO runs at 9v instead of 24v which must make difference right? It uses a 9v adapter but that doesn't mean it 'runs' at 9v. It likely has charge pumps and regulators that can raise it to 18+ volts in place of having to use a goofy proprietary adapter. Members Bill Ruppert
The new XO sounds better to my ears. The power supply section has been reworked on the new board and there is less whine and noise.

However, I would advise you to try the pedal before you make a purchase as my unit whined excessively with the delay beyond 12 o'clock, which doesn't seem to be the case with every unit. Other than that is sounded excellent!
Members Dragoth
Sorry for taking this post out of the "six feet under". =) The XO (new one) has a Sweep Rate knob. Do you guys know what is it for? I would like a video or an audio sample. In the old chassis version this knob was a switch (on and off).
