Members Faldoe
I use my iPhone to video record riffs/ideas. I use front/FaceTime camera that way I can set up the camera to record my hands - I get both audio of the idea but also see how I played it. I sometimes look at my fingers while playing and I zone out. Kind of lends itself to making new or interesting things as I'm looking at a reverse image of my hands. I also realize my hands are dead sexy. Win

Members 1001gear
I work my drum chops bareback in front of a mirror. It also has the standard single top of the mirror light source. This is important in creating symetrical shadows crucial to symetrical development of the arms and torso. No I'm not cut like Bruce Lee but it's drumming; Sticks in isoceles orientation as much as possible. Even physique/technique is everything.
