I'm finding the 8" in the 15R is about the very edge of where I want to go size-wise though. I'm amazed by this amp though, so who knows... Members damacy
When Vox introduced the Pathfinder 10 amp in 2008, I suspect that the 1980's era Vox Escort amp was the inspiration. (From the Vox Showroom website) Escort is only 2.5-watt in a closed-back cabinet unlike the Pathfinders, so I'm not sure how close they are, in terms of circuitry, etc. Anyway I found this video on YouTube. Edit: Oops, sorry. It's actually an open-back cabinet. My bad.
Members triviani
yap! I have been using a pathfinder 10 at home for some time now, and it's a great amp for that purpose. I would not be able to use the 15R in my apartment, and the 10 has enough beef for a living room. I like the clean channel a lot, with the gain around 2-3pm and volume dimmed it has a punchy and full tone that is very much usable..I did try the 10 and the 15 at the same time, and they are a tad different. It's perfect for when i can't crank my classic 30. i haven't used it with a drummer yet, but i think it would be possible in a pinch. Members Aedes
i've been interested in these for a while. how's the line out sound? Is the amp good for recording? I usually only get time to record when the kids are sleeping, so I can't mic an amp...

Thanks for the clips. The bass sounds nice. I Wouldn't have thought to do it through the Pathfinder. Originally Posted by Aedes i've been interested in these for a while. how's the line out sound?
