Members Shask Posted May 8, 2005 Members Share Posted May 8, 2005 Yeah DB, theres mainly 2 PODs. The old one, and the new one, lol. The old one, called the POD 2.0 now. The new one is the PODxt. They are quite a bit different. But the XT is pretty much better in every way. Some peopel say the old one had better metal distortions, but thats kind of a big debate i could go into later if you want The XT is the one they still support and update... I almost got a used Chorus instead I almost wonder if Id rather have the Reverb This Delay is OK. Ill have to try it more this week, and through different amps. But in my initial testing, the Echos had the balls removed. I do kind of wonder if Id rather have Reverb than Delay though. Hmm. I thought the xt was supposed to be great for metal? If they're metal tones are practically the same...
