Members mightyjoeyoungxnj Posted December 18, 2005 Members Posted December 18, 2005 I'm trying to upload pics from a digital camera in iPhoto, but for some reason it won't let me view the photos before I import them. It makes me import ALL photos and then I can delete what I want. I only want to import a few that I just took. Is there a way to do this with iPhoto, or is there another program suitable for this?? Thanks. -Joe
Members Code-001 Posted December 18, 2005 Members Posted December 18, 2005 Do you want to upload photos from a camera all to one program, or do you just want to extract the photos themselves? I always have my camera mounted like a hard drive and drag the photos out that I want.
Members mightyjoeyoungxnj Posted December 18, 2005 Author Members Posted December 18, 2005 I'd rather just be able to view them as if the camera is a HD , so I can drag them to the desktop and go from there. how do I go about this?? -Joe

Members Code-001 Posted December 18, 2005 Members Posted December 18, 2005 Glad you found something. If you connect your camera to your USB port, it should automatically mount to the desktop. Also, they have printers where you take the card and insert it into the printer. This will also mount the card on the desktop.
