Members brutalmoe420
im looking for one. i play death metal, well a mix of pantera and cannibal corpse. i need a cab that can handle at least 140 watts so i can use all three of my heads with it. im sick of having a huge cab because it is a pain in the ass trying to get it in and out of my car. i was thinking a small 4x12 that would come with a beginner half stack. but i can get a quality 2x12 for that price. and a 2x12 would be perfect for travel. anyone know what i could look into? Members diocide
My Mesa Recto 2x12 is pretty damn good. It had vintage 30's in it.
Members hal9000
Most of the metal guys love the G-Flex 2x12, although, it isn't small by 2x12 standards.

Members Megadeth7684
Mesa Recto 212 or a Bogner 212 with V30's is what I would go for.
Members brutalmoe420
nothing too pricey, i was thinking on a vader 2x12 or a avatar 2x12.
Members Megadeth7684
Used Recto cabs are around $350, that's about the same as an Avatar and you get a better cab.
Members jaylove
you can get a vintage 30 loaded B-52 4x12 for $600 or the Genz Benz for $560 new. I can't reccomend the g-flex because I have no idea how they sound or how it would compare to a 4x12 with celestions.

Members diocide
I've actually heard from some people on here that Vader's 2x12's aren't all that great. I've heard nothing but praise for the 4x12's, and the complete opposite about the 2x12's. Keep looking. I got my recto 2x12 for only 250 bucks.
