Members pinkvoid
If you guys have a combo amp sitting on the floor i highly recommend getting the Pinnacle Amp Stand from music123. Its the best $15 you'll ever spend. I just got mine and took some pictures - And one of my mesa just for the hell of it

Desi, I use a heavy duty stand by Quik-lok for my F-100: Quik-Lok BS-317 (rated for 100 lbs): I highly recommend this stand as it's stood up to 2 years of gigging and is easy to use. Plus, you can get away with more volume since only you are in the beam of the speakers.
Members underdogg
i have two of those stands. It always seems to lose some bass and be a bit more shrill when its off the floor like that. Im always going back and forth i whether i like using em or not.
Members moskwa
Nice setup. So how do you like the classic 30? I just tried one the other day and was really impressed, more so with the boost switch engaged than when it wasn't. I play mostly blues/rock with a little country thrown in to make it interesting. What kind of music do you play with the classic 30? Is it loud enough to gig with? Is it too loud to use for at home practice? I know this wasn't the intent of your post, but your input would help me decide if I should pull the trigger on this amp. Thanks
Members pinkvoid
I play the classic 30 more then my mesa rectifier... you do the math. and it's very good for bedroom volumes. both cleans and OD. about the base response.. i don't know, the bass on this amp is HUGE. that's one of the reasons i had to elevate it off the ground. some people replace the stock speaker to avoid the shrill sound. to me it sounds fine and if i need more humph i just hook my mesa 2x12 and create a pyramid of sound.
