Members DeathMonkey
I would second the Bogner XTC, and say look into Splawn as well. The cleans are good, if not everyones cup of tea, but as far as Modded Marshall sound goes, thats Scotts bread and butter. Also check out Voodoo amps, another noted Marshall enthusiasts take on the classic formula. And judging from todays clippage, you may want to give James Peters a call. His Halo channel is pretty. Mix that with a Gryphon pre and that might do what you are looking for.
Members DirtyChains
EL34 Shiva w/reverb, Fulltone FDII(new one with the toggle in the middle), and a newer Fulltone OCD. That setup will keep a grin on your face for years to come!
Members Noak
Try to get an old Rivera Knucklehead 100 Watt head. I love mine, it's like switching between a Fender Twin reverb and a very nice distinctive JCM800 on steroids. It's a great built amp too! Sounds killer... Members TheAtomicJeff
Why wouldn't a JSX fix your requirements? 3 channels with seperate EQ. Clean channel that stay clean. 2nd channel that will get hot rodded Marshall tone. 3rd channel that gets even more gain. Built-in FX loop and NR. Members Justin Thyme
The CAE has the best clean of any channel switcher I have heard....and the crunch is definitely hot rodded marshall. Pricey though:(
