Members cerulean
Hi all, Could any of you wise folk give me some advice about what software would be most suitable for mixing tracks together 'offline' - in other words, not live or in real time but for making a recording of the mix. I'm hoping that there's something out there that has some beat-matching and time-stretching features (like Traktor) but allows you to automate crossfades and edit the track transitions in a graphical way (like a sequencer). Thanks.
Members BNAF
You can download free software here, and it is designed specifically for creating mixes not for live performance and its pretty easy to learn: Check out www.letsmix.com and find the link to download the letsmix software (formerly Pacemaker) Have Fun! Members TeeDupree
You will need 3 things: 1. You will need a SEQUENCER: I recommend Zynewave Podium http://www.addonx.com/Windows/audio-multimedia-sequencers/review-Zynewave-Podium-1316196.html 2. a VIRTUAL STUDIO: Use Virtual DJ Studio 5.3 http://www.addonx.com/Windows/audio-multimedia-audio-file-players/review-Virtual-DJ-Studio-5.3-946013.html 3. And most important of all, lot of patience and hard work Good luck buddy
